Step One
If you currently have a website we will convert your website into a state-of-the-art website infrastructure called a “content management system.”
Once we populate it with all of your current website information you will find the new system very easy to manage.

The next phase is to integrate your new member management system into the website. This allows most functions to become fully automated and easily updated from a centralized dashboard.
This advanced dashboard may be accessed through a mobile phone and from any Internet connected computer running windows, MacOS or Linux.

Step Three
Now that we have connected your existing or new website with a robust membership management system, your staff can do the following tasks from a central online dashboard:
- Accept current membership information in current format and upload into the system or enter the data on current members through the MMS interface
- Add/Edit membership records and view member statements showing their participation in the organization over their term of membership
- Automate membership billing and use interface to create the information you may also want to track in systems such as QuickBooks®
- Automate non-dues revenue coming in from sponsors or advertisers
