    We wanted to put into perspective all that is involved when you think about what it would take to deliver the same services we deliver. When you look through this page and the ultimate cost of our services from the perspective of hiring an employee, and the required technology services, we think you will have a very different perspective on what it really normally costs to deliver an amazing program like ours.


    When you look through this hypothetical employee job description and required technology, this is based on delivering an amazing program called "Our Local Ad Network" including the staff and all of the technology.


    Hypothetical Job Description

    The ABC Chamber of Commerce is planning to launch an economic development program here in ABC America. As part of this program we will be documenting and promoting our entire community of businesses. The applicant must be able to create a plan to handle all of the business onboarding and documentation in a timely manner. Since our members are so busy running their businesses the Chamber intends to do their initial build-outs. You will also be staffing the onboarding services/member support team, and creating a QA department to be sure there are quality community results. 


    In addition, you will be responsible for providing the documentation and training for this program and be sure that each member receives a full report each and every month showing how well the Chamber is promoting their business. 


    Applicants will need to have an extensive background in enterprise level applications in order to tie the Chamber's management system(s) into the new program to limit duplicate entry and to make our economic development program as efficient as possible.


    In addition, you will need to vet vendors in order to establish a technology department to deliver the following member services:


    1. Business Catalogs
    2. Online Ordering Application
    3. Mobile Applications
    4. Texting Keywords and Prospect Notification System
    5. Advertising Management Dashboards for Display Management
    6. System for Producing Automated Member Return on Investment Reports
    7. Website for Member Support and Information
    8. Etc.

    So How Much Would You Have to Pay an Employee To Do All of This? Whatever the amount is, you also need to add 20-30% more for employment related expenses!


    Here is How Much We Charge Per Hour

    Although we are not employees and will not be charging you by the hour, we have converted our normal charge over to an hourly rate based on a 173 hours a month. This calculation is intended to put into perspective how amazingly inexpensive our programs really are. This calculation includes full monthly service fee including, program management, member support, all hosting, and technology.

    • 100 Member Chamber or Community - $1.45 Per Hour Total
    • 300 Member Chamber or Community - $4.35 Per Hour Total
    • 500 Member Chamber or Community - $7.25 Per Hour Total
    • 800 Member Chamber or Community - $11.60 Per Hour Total
