The following worksheet allows the Chamber staff to see what tools and materials they have available to them from Chamber Nation. It also shows a way to explain all of the benefits the member will receive as part of their membership. As you know there are three words in "Chamber of Commerce". ✔ Social Network When activated members are able to access the "Social Network" from the members area. For here they can trade leads, post news, create a Chamber friends group, request proposals, and more.
✔ Job Board is included and we actually offer two different systems. One is for simple posting of Jobs that people can apply through. The other is very advanced and allows your members to set up their own job portal. It requires their commitment to manage this portal and keep it up to date. Most Chambers start with the simple job board and see it they outgrow it.
✔ Project and Committees The Projects and Committees module is a great way to create sub-groups within your membership. Members and admins can be a part of any Project/Committee that you set up. These Project/Committee groups have access to their own file archive, message board, and broadcast email system. Projects /Committees can be set up for a number of different occasions. Leave a Project/Committee unrestricted to start a volunteer campaign, or start a specific group for your board or action committee.
✔ Legislative Action Center Allows you to create, edit and maintain a list of legislators; this is done from within Member Database Admin. The "House Members" and "Senate Members" are two special record types that you will see in the view drop-down. When you have entered an action item, it will show up in the list, along with a URL you can use to promote the action item. You can post this URL on your website or send out in an email to your contacts. As people respond, the system will track who has contacted which legislator.

The volunteer module can be used to keep track of volunteers for your events and also track long-term volunteer credit hours over numerous events.
Volunteer events must first be started by using a calendar event you have created. You can create a new volunteer session directly from a calendar event or by going to the main volunteering admin page.
✔ Board Member Reporting The system includes a fully automated Board Member report designed to save hours of work each month. With a single click you will see output that is sure to impress your board.
✔ Election Management The Elections feature allows an admin-level user to create an election with a variety of different questions, and send out emails to the membership to prompt members to complete the election. The election is also posted within the member's area, so those who are granted access can login and complete the election there.
✔ Things-to-Do Center Typically Chambers of Commerce like to promote their communities as areas where there are fun things to do. We think doing this shouldn't cost extra and the module is fully integrated into your membership management system.
✔ Banner Ad Manager The Banner Ad Manager module has been tiered into various ad-levels for your convenience. It is a commission free way for the Chamber to sell more advertising slots.

✔ Chamber Store The online store feature allows you to manage a catalog of items and sponsorships, and allows members and/or the public to purchase them. If you have a credit card merchant account or paypal account integrated with your MMS account, it will automatically be configured with the store.
