The Elections feature empowers admin users to create elections with diverse question formats and prompt members via email to participate in voting. Members receive emails containing a voting link that requires login for access.

• Multiple Elections: Conduct multiple elections simultaneously, each with designated start and end dates for voting.
• Election Auditors: Grant access to multiple individuals to view election results.
• Paid Members Only: Optionally restrict voting access to paid members in good standing.
• Restrict to Member Type: Limit elections to specific member plans or types.
• Field Types: Create election questions using multiple choice, yes/no, text (write-in), and 1-5 rating formats.
• Email Notification: Customize and send emails to selected participants once elections commence.
• Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on election results, including totals, statistics, and respondent data (who voted and who did not). Member information is securely separated from voting results to maintain confidentiality.
