Member Data Conversion
- Process Overview: Transfer member data from your existing system to the Chamber Nation database. Historical data (past billing, renewals, non-dues, events, store purchases, etc.) can be uploaded to the File Archive for reference, though typically not visible in member profiles.
Membership Plans
- Definition: Members in our system require usernames and passwords for access to the Membership Portal. We set up membership plans based on your provided information via online applications or other documentation outlining various membership levels. Non-member plans (e.g., Prospects, List-Only, Volunteers, Community Partners, Sponsors) are also configured.
Converting Member Data Fields
- File Specifications: Convert member data from a single file (CSV, XLS, or TXT) with up to 50 fields/columns per row. Files exceeding this limit may incur additional setup costs, determined after reviewing a data sample. Collaboration is needed to identify specific fields for accurate conversion.
