Online silent auctions provide a straightforward method to generate non-dues revenue.
Admins can create multiple auctions, each with various items. For each item, admins determine the following criteria:
- Start date
- End date
- Starting bid
- Bid increment
- Image
- Description
- Option for members-only bidding
- Notification email
Upon conclusion of each auction, an automated email is sent containing a list of items, winning bids, and the names of winning bidders. The email includes a link to the View Results screen, where admins can click on the $ symbol in the Actions column to generate non-dues invoices for each item. Admins can also send payment request emails to the winners.
