Chamber Nation's Committee Management module facilitates the organization of members into groups such as projects, committees, councils, or boards. This module offers the following capabilities to these member groups:

• Member Sign-Up: Members can sign up for committees through the Engagement option on the Member Menu, pending approval by an Admin, Chair, or Co-Chair if openings are available.
• Broadcast Email: Send broadcast messages to committee members, with Chairs and Co-Chairs having access to designated email templates for their committees.
• Broadcast Text: Quickly send broadcast texts to committee members.
• File Sharing: Share private documents through a committee-level file archive.
• Message Boards: Engage in discussions limited to the committee members.
• Project Webpages: Publish private or public webpages specific to the committee.
• Committee Member Lists: Provide member names, additional contact information, or a full roster as needed.
• Calendar: Manage committee-specific events on a dedicated calendar.
• Web Links: Display relevant links to webpages pertinent to the committee's activities.
• Permissions Customization: Assign Chairs and Co-Chairs for each project/committee with customizable system permissions.
• Task Management: Create, assign, and track tasks for committee members.
