• Setup Process: Post-configuration, effortlessly create new meetings or webinars within MemberLeap. Define event specifics such as name, date, time, duration, host selection, password protection, and recording preferences.
• Registration Options: Tailor registration processes based on event size:
• Small Events: Automatically pre-register selected members and prospects via Zoom's simple registration email with unique join links.
• Large Events: Use Chamber Nation's broadcast email module to send branded invitations to targeted members and prospects, providing a generic join link for participation.
• Session Functionality: Each Zoom session offers start (host), join (participant), shareable info (providing Zoom links and dial-in details), and session recording capabilities.
