System Changes/Improvements for week of Jan. 5, 2023

Content Manager:

  • Added accordion feature for easy creation and editing of accordion presentations.
  • Event Registration:To help improve the look of the page, the event invite responsive page has been converted to bootstrap.
  • Added option to show event registration logos at full width on full event listing.
  • Members Area:Slider-6 (slideshow row of 6) is a new widget that is available for use in the members area (custom members menu).
  • Member Billing:Now allows receipt message editing at send time.
  • New Member Registration:Added dropdown for cross-reference to allow a member to cross-reference themselves to an existing member.
  • CRM:Displayed date now matches format setting in "General" configuration setting (e.g. MM/DD/YYYY or DD-MM-YYYY).
  • Member Database:(Tabbed Version) Date of Birth and Gender have been moved from Plan/Email tab to the Contact tab.
  • Member Directory:Category Listing Version, added option to show only one member type.
  • Online Learning:Added ability to retire slides and questions in online courses, allows for removal of slides from courses while keeping a history of the changes without messing with in progress courses.
  • Increased character count for LMS course titles.


System Changes/Improvements for week of Jan 13

Member Billing:

  • Added ability to embed "call-to-action" renewal buttons and info block (name, dues, due date) within content of renewal email instead of just at the end
  • Added eCheck option to mrenewalnew
  • Added a new config option in the "Billing/Invoice Verbiage" that will allow changing of the verbiage for New Member Registration and Membership Renewals
  • Membership Upload/Sync:Added option to insert new records cross-referenced under a specified existing record
  • Member Database:Added configuration options for secondary and tertiary member photos
  • Surveys:Survey Admin Notification emails will include the questions and responses, and any file uploads will be attached to the email
  • Forms Builder:Forms now have the configuration option checked by default to store responses
  • Custom Reports:Count report will count the number of people that selected an individual option instead of just selecting options overall
  • Event Registration:Added field in event reg setup for 'Primary Contact Verbiage', this will display on the confirmation emails sent only to the primary contact (not additional attendees)
  • Added configuration options on event registration invoice to move the custom invoice verbiage to the top right, also added config options to control the font size and horizontal position of the custom invoice verbiage
  • Added global configuration option to enable event registration attendance certificates
  • Online Learning:Added a global configuration option to award certifications from courses event if the member already holds an active one
  • Waiver:Added waiver text at the top of the waiver members report under the waiver name


System Changes/Improvements for Week of Jan. 26 2023

Member Billing:

  • Admin Override of CC surcharges on APS for Event Reg ond Online Store
  • Add business name to old renewal page when orgs are B type (Business)
  • Donations:Allow admins to add donations to archived Campaigns
  • Added partial admin permission for the donation module
  • Member Database:Updated the Custom Field configuration page to be mobile-responsive, added quick links
  • Add a setting to Dynamic Custom Fields to restrict individual select options from inclusion on new member registration
  • Broadcast Email:Updated the bounce list to use the date format specified in General configuration
  • Content Manager:Now shows revision history for Links
  • Slideshows:Added a continous slideshow (contact support to request this feature)
  • Resource Reservations:Show one day at a time on mobile devices
  • Improved support for touchscreen devices
  • Surveys:Added config option for a word limit in multiline fields
  • Changed the participation link to a button and centered it to make it stand out on the page more
  • Call for Proposals:Allow admins to create a custom subject/message template that can quickly pre-fill these fields in a new proposal message
  • Event Registration:Added ability to restrict registration for an event to only those who have filled out a specified form and been marked as approved
  • Added option to split name column into separate columns on attendee report
  • Calendar of Events:Added global config option to hide email reminders on calendar more info pages
