• Member Billing
• Added a config option (Show currency of Invoice and receipt PDF's) to show currency on Invoice and Receipt PDF's
• Member Database
• Admins won't be able to delete member plans that are used by cross-referenced members
• Slideshow Manager
• Show max file size and supported image types on the slideshow uploader
• Volunteer Module
• Added a config option to enable Volunteer Tab in Member Dashboard with Volunteer Calendar Links
• Election Module
• Added a new option in elections that has a "phone icon" to send a text message, this auto-adds the url for the election to the text message
• Message Boards
• Added option for assigning moderators to specific message boards instead of always being a moderator for all boards by default
• Event Registration
• The Invoice Report (by Date) now includes a column for "Registration Date"

System Changes/Improvements week of Sept 22

• Member Directory:
• Added an option to allow orgs to choose if "include x-refs in directory" checkbox is only available for admins or available for everyone
• Content Manager:
• Added a file size limit for images (10 MB) instead of resizing the images, images uploaded to the server will be given more consistent file names
• Broadcast Messaging:
• Added a column to the CSV for the bounce report to show the business name if the org is using "Business" instead of "Individual" for the database type
• Volunteer Module:
• Added a volunteer tab for the members area, displays a volunteer module calendar and currently signed up session links (can be enabled under the Volunteer Module config settings)
• Survey Module:
• Added additional rating fields to surveys, now can have up to 50 fields
• Reporting:
• Added a report that shows which non-admins have been given permission to view reports
• Added new options to the "Letter Template option in Custom Reports", can now add a custom letter; can include alt address, alt address 2, alt city, alt state, alt zip, and secondary email fields
• Members Area:
• Can now merge the "My Membership Menu" and "Members Menu", check with support to have them enable this
• Online Store:
• Added a new member store transactions summary page linked from the member billing summary page
• Online Learning:
• Added option in config for new verbiage option for the course purchase confirmation page
• News Manager:
• Added ability for users to submit articles for review, when enabled a link will show in the members area
• A notification email can be set up to receive a notice when articles are submitted to be approved or denied

System Changes/Improvements for week of Sept. 15

• Member Billing: 
• Added a paid during date range report under 'Reports' in the section 'Terms of Membership'
• Event Registration: 
• Added ability to schedule event registration messages
• When making an attendee into a prospect via the 'Attendee Member Match' tool, it will now follow the 'email as username' global config option from New Member Registration
• Added ability to tie an event survey to an event field or option, if tied to field or option the survey will only display in the mobile app or event portal if user selected it during registration
• Added currency abbreviations to prices for event invoice (USD, EUR, etc.)
• Members Menu: 
• Link in the limited access prospects menu link with site styles
• Custom Reports: 
• Paid Through report date range filter was improved, now when setting a "paid through date" and "end date" records shown will fall within that range only

• Elections 
• Added config option to restrict members paid by date
• Added config option to restrict members by membership term
• Added option to copy existing election to fresh new election
• Proposals 
• Added submission counts at bottom of submission list
• Broadcast Email 
• Increased 'From' field word limit to five, and clarify error verbiage
• Calendar of Events 
• Revision to Calendar6c_responsive - some visual changes like removing shadows from month buttons and reduced number of container boxes
• Member Billing 
• Fixed spacing issue on membership billing info page between date and price
• Added Position field to 'invoice report (item detail)' export
• Event Reg 
• Added more event contact field suppression options for address and phone numbers
• Added option to event reminders to only include fields the attendee chose during registration
• Online Store 
• Admin section now allows for admins to edit billing and shipping address on orders
• Shipping fields are now a toggleable org config option

Programming Accomplishments for week of September 1:

• Member Billing
• Purchase description text on invoices now has text wrapping applied to prevent text being cut-off
• Confirming to void an invoice can be now be done by clicking the 'Confirm' button on screen or pressing enter
• Donations
• A new field for changing the word 'Campaign' in the system was added in the Donation config called 'Alternative Label for Campaigns'
• Surcharge option was added in Donation config, allows surcharge by entering a decimal in the 'Credit Card Donation Surcharge' field
• Member Database
• The 'Contact Us' form for prospecting is now easier to fill out on a smart phone
• Member Directory
• When members lists are made visible to individual members in "Your Membership Info" there is now an option to make this 'view only' so the information can't be edited or deleted by the member
• Calendar of Events
• Added a drop down selection for 1 or 2 column panels in the config settings, and can make the 2-column option a responsive webpage
• Members Menu
• 'My-Membership' widgets are getting some additional changes made to them
