System Changes/Improvements for 21 July through 16 August 2024

Broadcast Email:

Show more info in "Saved" tab, redirect to "Saved" tab after deleting saved message.

New Member Registration:

For Prospect conversion, if "Email as username" configuration option is set, enforce for prospect conversions.

Projects/Committees:

Add option to count views of committee files.

Event Registration:

Added new all event report for event fee breakdown.
Added option to exempt an event from all waivers.
Allow for selection options to be overwritten when using mass record attendance tool and manually changing option.
Added per-event option to restrict registrants with unpaid invoices, also added dues threshold to allow members owing less than specified to register anyway.
Added DMARC verified global from email option for emails sent from event registration and integrated into various spots where emails are sent.

Custom Reports:

Added page buttons to the top of custom report list.

Online Store:

Added configuration option to set the max ceiling allowed for variable price items.

Member Billing:

Main Address is now included on renewal invoices.

System Changes/Improvements for week of 23 Aug - 4 Oct Elections: Election Confirmation Emails are now sent to the voter. Now allows for CKEditor (WYSIWYG editor) on all Election Questions. File Archive:Mass-delete tool now shows file upload date, and no longer deletes files referenced by other records. Projects & Committees:Added new configuration option to require minimum Committee participation during renewal. When configuration option "Update File Date When File is Reuploaded" is enabled, includes an informative note below the file date field. Event Registration:Added numeric field quantity information to event registration receipt. Added sorting to transcript alternate layout to sort by date and time. Member Database:Cross Reference-Allow parent to approve Pending Members. Classified Ads:Added option to make paid ads free for members and added an extra custom verbiage spot. Tour System:Added an option to show email from member record instead of tour record on output report.
