    New support centers on the horizon featuring enhanced AI-powered knowledge bases designed specifically for administrators and members support.

    Exciting Upgrades to Our Support Services!


    Dear Valued Customer,


    We are thrilled to share some exciting news about improvements to our support services, all aimed at giving you an even better experience!


    After thorough testing, we are upgrading our support centers to offer a dedicated support system for our admin-level users and another specifically for your members. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to expand and enhance our platforms, ensuring you get the best assistance possible.


    To make this happen, we’re introducing a powerful AI system designed to deliver high-quality responses quickly and accurately. Our goal is to provide you with a more efficient and effective support experience, tailored to meet your unique needs. Rest assured, this upgrade will not reduce the availability of real people to help you but will make it much easier to find and understand solutions.


    Here’s a brief overview of how the new system will work:


    First, this isn’t about reducing human support but making it easier for you to find what you need and receive responses that are much simpler to understand. We’ve changed our process from starting with a ticket to allowing you to start typing what you need help with. The AI will understand your query to determine what you’re looking for, rather than trying to make an exact match with our knowledge base entries. This will make your experience much smoother and more intuitive.


    When a match is found, the solutions will be presented in a much nicer way, with many created using a tool called ScribeHow, which makes them more visual and easier to follow in a step-by-step format.


    If there’s no immediate answer, the entire AI chat discussion is recorded and sent to support personnel who will respond to you promptly. If all agents are busy, your chat will be turned into a support ticket so we can get back to you as soon as possible. Our phone numbers will still work when you just need to talk to someone, and soon you’ll see an improved Chamber Classes http://www.chamberclasses.com website where this tool will also be available.


    The member support center at http://members.chambernation.com will have this same system for members, dedicated solely to member support for a much better experience.

    System Changes/Improvements for week of 23 Aug - 4 Oct Elections: Election Confirmation Emails are now sent to the voter. Now allows for CKEditor (WYSIWYG editor) on all Election Questions. File Archive:Mass-delete tool now shows file upload date, and no longer deletes files referenced by other records. Projects & Committees:Added new configuration option to require minimum Committee participation during renewal. When configuration option "Update File Date When File is Reuploaded" is enabled, includes an informative note below the file date field. Event Registration:Added numeric field quantity information to event registration receipt. Added sorting to transcript alternate layout to sort by date and time. Member Database:Cross Reference-Allow parent to approve Pending Members. Classified Ads:Added option to make paid ads free for members and added an extra custom verbiage spot. Tour System:Added an option to show email from member record instead of tour record on output report.
