We have learned over the years helping Chambers of Commerce grow and retain membership that the most important thing you can do to grow your Chamber is to educate every non-member business on what it means to become a Chamber member. In order to do this properly, you need to track each step in that education process. Once the prospect check list is completed it is time to connect with them about joining the Chamber.

Below shows you in three easy steps how you can get started using the valuable sales program.

to get started using the member prospector

Go to MMS configuration > CRM System > General Options > Display Checklist Completion (check this box).

Go back to the Main Menu > From the Membership Management Area > CRM > Edit Contact Types. From here you add, delete, or adjust the Member Prospector check list items by choosing those items in the list that have a "X".

Now you can start using the Member Prospector by going back to the Main Menu > Membership Database Area > CRM > Member Prospector.
