System Changes/Improvements for weeks of 31 May through 14 June 2024

Forms Builder:

• Option to add additional email that also will receive confirmation email.
• Custom Member's Area:Added a new widget to show 'My Certificates'.
• Member Database:The password reset form now has a show/hide password toggle.
• Custom Reports:The "Attended Event" field is now a multiselect field type.
• Message Boards:Added option to move reply buttons in opt in emails to the top, added email address next to name for previous posts.
• Event Registration:Added suffix to attendee export.
• Online Store:Added a column for items in order to csv 'order export'.

System Changes/Improvements for week of 17 May 2024

Forms Builder:

• Forms admin approval option, new option for "Needs Info".
• Member Database:Added a new option in Configuration->General to hide phone extension fields.
• Short text dynamic custom fields now restrict input beyond their 100-character limit.
• Member Cards:Added option to include and position current year on membership cards.

System Changes/Updates for week of 10 May 2024

Elections:

• Election emails now offer attachments.
• System:Added DD-Mon-YYYY date format.
• Calendar:Admins can now be assigned per calendar event or given overall calendar admin permissions.
• Classified Ads:Added option to include contact name column in admin ad listing.

System Changes/Improvements for week of 3 May 2024

Member Lists:

• Data will now show for dropped records.
• Message Boards:Added option to include buttons at the bottom of opt in emails to direct reply to the poster (via email) or start a new topic.
• Event Registration:Added an event message copy function - will copy message, attachments, and recipients within an event.

System Changes/Improvements week of 26 April 2024

System Configuration:

• The "Require Date of Birth" option will no longer show if the MMS is not in "Individuals" mode (as opposed to "Businesses").
• Member Database:When swapping the primary record in a cross-reference relationship, full time and part time employee counts (if enabled) will now be copied to the new parent. Options to also copy the dues override amount and any add-ons is also available.
• Custom Member's Area:The editor now displays the titles of all widgets that have one.
• Custom Reports:Renamed "Use Alt. Indicator" column to "Use this address for mailings", to be consistent with all other pages where the field appears.
• Membership Cards:Added option for address line 2 to be included on member cards.
• Event Registration:Added attendee surcharge display to receipt pdfs.
• Volunteer Module:Added an option to the volunteer opportunities to force timeslots to be registered for in order. For example, timeslot 3 will only be available once timeslot 2 is full, which will only be available once timeslot 1 is full and so on. The priority can be set on each individual timeslot.

System Changes/Improvements week of 19 April 2024

Member Billing:

• Added description for invoices in csv output.
• Member Database:System now prevents admins from deleting their own record.
• Allow updating of counties list when county field is set as a dropdown, but region mapping disabled.
• Broadcast Email:A confirmation popup has been added to the "Back" button in the advanced editor.

System Changes/Improvements for week of 12 April 2024

Projects & Committees:

• Added an option to copy an existing committee.
• Content Manager:The image picker will no longer show images from member-only File Archive categories (as these can't be inserted onto pages).
• Event Registration:Added state tax display to event summary page and fixed error with erroneously displaying refund information.
• Online Store:Added merchant transaction ID when applicable to confirmation page and email.

System Changes/Improvements for week of 5 April 2024

Broadcast Email:

• Added confirmation box to Remove All (this will remove the openrate/clickthru data for that message if it was already sent).
• FIle Archive and Project/Committee (files):Display filesize and total size selected on mass downloader (limit of 4 GB).
• Member Database:Added option to exclude member types from auto/mass-drop.
• Added CSV and additional fields to Expiring members report.
• Online Store:Added ability to charge tax on form payments made through the store.

System Changes/Improvements for Week of 22 March 2024

Forms Builder:

• 'Admin Notes' field will now show up in the table for Form Responses as well as in the CSV output version.
• Event Registration:Added global option to hide the top part of 'event information' section in confirmation emails.
• Added event alternate labels for confirmation email subject and organization name within confirmation email.
