To facilitate your interaction with our system, we have introduced a new button at the top of your management interface. This button grants you access to two convenient support ticket options. The first option, labeled FREE ADMIN SUPPORT, is designed to address general inquiries and provide assistance. The second option will continue to utilize our existing system but will be exclusively dedicated to PAID ENGINEERING SERVICES. This option offers specialized assistance for specific technical needs. It is important to note that we will be utilizing the second option to handle some of your admin level requests at no cost to you.
The implementation of our new help desk system will not only enhance our knowledge base but also enable us to respond more effectively with comprehensive information. Additionally, it will improve our overall support process management.
