Chamber Nation realizes how important it is for Chambers of Commerce to transition over to a Chamber Meeting
environment that is powered by ZOOM. To answer this critical need, we have created a terrific tool that will make it much easier to create, register, track and then host your ZOOM meetings right from your Chamber Nation system.
BROADCAST MESSAGING
The Broadcast Email Message feature allows an Admin to send a simple or beautiful DRAG-N-DROP HTML email to the entire member database, or to a selected few members. The Admin is presented with a menu to "send new message" or to "re-send/add recipients" to a message already sent. In addition to the Broadcast Message system, the MMS is setup to send out a variety of other emails (event invitations, survey emails, etc.). For all these tools to work, it is essential to have an accurate and up-to-date email list. To make this easier, we provide a Bounced Email report and a tool to quickly update bad email addresses.
CALENDAR
The Calendar of Events feature is one of the most frequently used features in the MMS. It falls under the category of a Content Management Tool, as it allows an organization to keep a calendar updated on their website. It also fits into the category of a Member Communication Tool because it is integrated with an event invitation system. The Attendance module allows an organization to track member attendance at various events.
The format of the mobile dynamic calendar is very flexible and customizable, allowing for multiple list-type formats and a flexible grid (calendar style) format. If you have special needs for your calendar, feel free to contact us.
Members are able to easily add their own events to the regional calendar system.
The Chamber becomes the host of a powerful community-wide calendar and multi-organization event publishing system.

EVENT REGISTRATION
The Event Registration module allows an organization's members (or non-members) to sign-up for conferences, conventions, and other community events.
The event registration system is designed to allow an admin to set up an event, offer a link to the public and members, and for attendees to register for the event. The system can be used to allow for online and manual registration, as well as generate various reports to produce attendee reports, name tags, and more.
BOOTH CHOICE AND REGISTRATION
The booth editor within event registration allows you to set up an interactive map for your conference, tradeshow, or other event. Registrants can select booths, upload their logo/picture, and see what others booths have been taken and by whom. When creating a booth map, you can create booths of different shapes, sizes and colors on the grid. You are also able to add a background image, such as the floorplan of the conference hall and overlay your booth grid.
VISUAL EVENT STORE
We give you a choice to create a traditional event registration process that is very advanced and can handle very complicated events. At the same time we offer an option to instead create a visual event store that is ideal for events that may offer many different options. For instance, viewers can see a number of images relating to that event like tickets, shirts, sponsorships, etc.

DIRECTORY CATEGORY SPECIFIC ADS
There is an additional option in “Category Specific, Top of member directory search results”. After placing the ad you will be given the option to associate the ad with a category search. For example a Doctor can have advertising at the top of the medical category, and a restaurant can have an ad at the top of the dining category.

Typically Chambers of Commerce like to promote their communities as areas where there are fun things to do. We think doing this shouldn't cost extra and the module is fully integrated into your membership management system.

CHAMBER STOREThe online store feature allows you to manage a catalog of items and sponsorships, and allows members and/or the public to purchase them. If you have a credit card merchant account or paypal account integrated with your MMS account, it will automatically be configured with the store.
